The Midwest's newest and most unique, family-friendly entertainment experience is located in the heart of downtown Kansas City. With development fully underway, Pennway Point's Phase 1 will include the KC Wheel operated by ICON entertainment and DAVINCI KC's Barrel Hall, TaleGate and Beef & Bottle concepts. Phase 2 will include the redevelopment of the 24,000 SF Historic Carter Waters Building at 2440 Pennway Blvd. into boutique retail, office and event space complimenting the food, beverage and entertainment concepts already in place.

The BARREL HALL, inside Pennway Point, will be a central gathering space with a collection of some of KC's favorite and most authentic food and beverage brands. It will be home to the Boulevard Barrel aged experience, the Bull Creek whiskey bar, Chef J BBQ and Würstl, a European cuisine concept.
