Founded in 2019 by Dante Passantino and Vince Bryant, DAVINCI KC was conceived when a lifelong retail grocer joined forces with an award-winning historic office developer to create a one-of-a-kind Market and Food Hall at Grand Place, the historic former KC Star building at 18th and Grand in downtown KC. As the landscape of retail and office leasing was changed forever in 2020, DAVINCI brought the concept of licensure structure to their projects to enable purveyors to have an opportunity to create in a unique, diverse marketplace with a lower cost of entry than the traditional leasing of brick and mortar food and beverage retail. DAVINCI has brought this same licensing structure to Pennway Point and successfully signed license agreements for all available spaces that DAVINCI licenses at Pennway Point.
