Pennway Point

This family-friendly entertainment district in the heart of downtown Kansas City is tucked between the I-35 and Pennway bridges. Pennway Point is located where the Crossroads and West Side neighborhoods converge in the southwest corner of downtown. The district will include a giant observation wheel, miniature golf, The Lumi Neon Museum, DAVINCI KC's Barrel Hall, TaleGate and Beef & Bottle Concepts offering a large assortment of food, beverage and entertainment options such as live concerts, game-day events, movie nights, seasonal festivals and winter ice skating.

Originally the bustling headquarters for the Kansas City Star newspaper, Grand Place is a full city block that is being reimagined into a vibrant, mixed-use destination featuring 250,000+ square feet of office space, a European-style market, private dining, a spa and more.
